We've designed our socks to compliment your life, not to be an extra step. This means that you can wash and dry our socks in a regular cold-warm washing cycle and tumble dry them on low, without having any adverse effects on the grip. Wash after wash, dry after dry, the socks will be as grippy as they were brand new.

What does OEKO-TEX® actually mean?
'OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a globally recognized independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods'.

This means that every component of this product has been tested and certified free from harmful chemicals. We've ensured that nothing harmful goes into our socks, it's better for your health, your skin and our planet.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, and handed to Australia Post. Delivery to most metro areas will be 2-4 business days and a futher 3-5 business days for regional areas or islands. 

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on network congestion. 

Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW, Australia public holidays.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return via email or online submission. 

To be eligible for a return:

• your item must be in the same condition that you received it
• unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• must have proof of purchase

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
